Before you get started

A few useful
answers.

Do I need to install software?

The AQUAS Blue web platform is accessed in a supported browser. Confirm your browser version, operating system, device requirements, and any optional application access with AQUAS during setup.

What determines the features I can use?

Your firm configuration, user entitlements, account approval, market data subscriptions, and executing and clearing arrangements determine available features and services.

Can I use my existing broker or clearing connections?

Ask AQUAS about the specific integration you need. AQUAS brokerage services follow the firm's own approved arrangements and agreements.

Can I evaluate the platform before making a decision?

Trading and technology risk

Trading can result in substantial losses, including the loss of your entire investment, and may not be suitable for all investors. Trading decisions should reflect your circumstances, financial resources, objectives, and ability to bear losses.

Electronic trading depends on systems, market data, and connectivity. Outages, delays, data errors, and interruptions can affect order submission, modifications, cancellations, execution, and the accuracy or timeliness of displayed information. Orders can be rejected, partially filled, or executed at prices different from those expected. Software tools and risk controls do not eliminate these risks.

See AQUAS's Risk Disclosure, Electronic Trading Risk Disclosure, Technology Risk Disclosure, and Business Continuity Statement. Use the firm's approved order and support channels; general website messages and email are not order-entry channels.

Options risk

Options are not suitable for all investors. They can involve substantial losses, and some strategies can produce losses greater than the amount invested. Multi-leg strategies involve additional complexity, transaction costs, assignment and exercise risks, and the possibility that legs execute at different times or prices.

Before trading options, read the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, available from OCC, or contact AQUAS for a copy. Options access is subject to account approval and applicable strategy permissions. Supporting documentation for claims is available upon request.

Review AQUAS's Options Agreement and Special Statement for Uncovered Options Writers.

Margin and short selling

Margin borrowing increases risk. You can lose more than the amount deposited, and interest and other charges affect your results. The firm can increase house requirements and may sell assets to meet a deficiency without contacting you first. You may not be entitled to select the assets sold or receive an extension of time.

Short selling can produce losses greater than the amount invested. Stock borrowing availability and charges may change, and securities may be recalled or positions bought in. A displayed locate or stock availability indication does not guarantee borrowing, order acceptance, execution, or compliance with applicable requirements.

Review AQUAS's Margin Disclosure Statement and your applicable account agreements.

Illustrative screens and examples

Platform screenshots, symbols, account information, quotes, positions, prices, and P&L displayed on this website are illustrative. They are not live market data, actual customer results, a recommendation, or a statement that any trade will achieve a particular result.

Simulation and paper trading, where available, do not reproduce all live trading conditions, including liquidity, slippage, order acceptance, partial fills, borrowing, fees, or market impact. Simulated outcomes should not be treated as actual results or an indication of future performance.

Service availability and firm responsibilities

Features, market data, connections, and services depend on configuration, testing, user entitlements, account approval, subscription permissions, and applicable agreements. Software connectivity does not by itself create an executing, brokerage, or clearing relationship. AQUAS brokerage accounts follow AQUAS's arrangements and agreements.

Tools supporting pre-trade controls, supervision, reporting, or recordkeeping do not guarantee compliance. Each firm remains responsible for its obligations, trading decisions, supervision, source data, reporting, validation, and retention.

Brokerage services are available only in jurisdictions where AQUAS Financial, LLC is registered, exempt, or otherwise authorized. Individual responses concerning securities transactions are subject to applicable requirements. Website information does not constitute a recommendation or investment, tax, or legal advice.
